Efficiently blends Pilates, ballet barre technique, cardio and the basics of fitness. We will challenge your arms, legs and core to sculpt your dancer’s physique. All levels welcome.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp combines resistance training with high-intensity cardiovascular exercises to prepare you for the challenges you’ll face on your way to competing or in everyday life. An intense mix of cardio, strength, endurance and sport-specific agility drills.

H.I.I.T.

Focused on functional integrative movement in a High Intensity Interval Training class format. Our instructors provide safe and effective progressions while giving specific cueing of form and technique. Leave with a sense of empowerment!

Pound is a cardio/toning class all about hitting drumsticks to the music- we use lightweight sticks called Ripstixs. You become the music and rock out to create your own concert all while getting a sweat on! We do tons of squats, lunges, and abs! It’s all about letting loose and getting into the music!

Power & Core Circuit

A complete entire body workout using a variety of resistance exercises with a variety of equipment. Movements grouped up in super sets will keep you moving, keep your heart rate up and will strengthen and build stamina.

Total Body Sculpt

This class is designed to make you lean and defined with a whole body workout. Build and sculpt muscles, strengthen your core, improve your strength and flexibility while burning fat and calories with low impact movements.
